A call from Dighty!

Former ECC spinner recently contacted us. Here's what the aussie had to say....

I hope that whoever looks after this site passes on my best wishes to all at
Eastbourne Cricket Club.
I played at 'The Saffrons' from 1989-1991 and again in 1995, enjoying my
time immensely.

Glad to see 'Hacks' is still dobbing them down in his usual miserly fashion
and that 'Tommo' has finally been overtaken by his kids!

Having played with all bar one of the 'All Time Fantasy XI', I must agree
that they are a fine bunch of cricketers and would win most of their games
comfortably.

I wish all of the Eastbourne crowd the very best for the 2005 season.
